CoKeeps and Maybank Trustees team up to develop blockchain asset management solutions

KUALA LUMPUR: CoKeeps Sdn Bhd, a blockchain infrastructure firm, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Maybank Trustees Bhd to explore and implement blockchain-based custodial and asset management solutions.

Through this collaboration, CoKeeps and Maybank aim to develop and promote blockchain-driven solutions for asset management, in line with national digital transformation goals and evolving industry needs.

In a statement, CoKeeps said the partnership reflects a shared belief in the transformative power of digital ledger technologies to drive innovation, strengthen governance, and unlock new forms of value creation across financial and non-financial sectors.

CoKeeps’ blockchain infrastructure supports national objectives by offering robust, scalable, and interoperable decentralised solutions. These technologies aim to enhance financial inclusion, attract foreign investment, and foster innovation in capital markets.
