External uncertainties a risk for MVV 2.0

The months ahead will show how MVV fares as trade rules are rewritten and supply chains shift, regardless of China’s commitments.

THE Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV), located in Negri Sembilan, is now seeing more interest than ever.

Sime Darby Property Bhd (SDP) just launched its Vision Business Park, and a recent joint venture was announced between Eco World Group Development Bhd (EcoWorld Malaysia), SD Guthrie Bhd and NS Corp – the lead state agency in charge of the development corridor. Late last year, Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd, a property developer known for township projects in the state, launched the first phase of the MVV City – a mixed-use project comprising industrial, commercial and residential units.
