Taghill wins RM494.65mil serviced apartments contract in Bandar Seri Damansara


KUALA LUMPUR: Taghill Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Taghill Projects Sdn Bhd (TPSB) has secured a RM494.65mil construction contract from Indo Aman Bina Sdn Bhd.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Taghill stated that the contract is for the construction and completion of a serviced apartment development project in Bandar Seri Damansara, Selangor.

The project will take 40 months, starting from the acceptance of the letter of award and ending on July 9, 2028, subject to any operative extension of time under contract.

Taghill expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets for the financial year ending May 31, 2025 and throughout the duration of the project.
