PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd
’s (MMHE) major subsidiary has received a notice of arbitration from its subcontractor, with claims in damages of RM57.3mil.
The subsidiary, Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd (MMHESB) had on April 15 received the notice from the solicitors for Haumea Offshore Sdn Bhd, previously known as Trans Fame Offshore Sdn Bhd (TFO).
