Able Global confirms MACC investigation closed, no prosecution against CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: Able Global Bhd has received a letter from the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) confirming that the investigation involving the group and its CEO Edward Goh Swee Wang, has concluded.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Able Global said the letter, dated April 8, 2025, stated that no prosecution will be pursued against the company or the CEO under the MACC Act 2009.

The deputy public prosecutor has decided that there is no prosecution against both Able Global and the CEO under the MACC Act 2009.

“The Board concludes that the investigation against Able Global and the CEO is now closed,” it said.
