PETALING JAYA: Catcha Digital Bhd
’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Catcha Theta Holdings Sdn Bhd, has entered into a conditional share sale agreement to acquire 92.5% equity interest in Theta Service Partner Sdn Bhd for RM35mil.
In a statement, Catcha Digital chairman Patrick Grove said Theta is a leading provider of loan origination software for financial institutions.
