Gagasan Nadi Cergas' sub-unit accepts Bandar Elmina contract for RM134.41mil


KUALA LUMPUR: Gagasan Nadi Cergas Bhd's sub-subsidiary Nadi Emery Sdn Bhd has accepted a contract from the Selangor Housing and Property Board for the en-bloc purchase of 523 units of Rumah Idaman, comprising the entire 4.36 acres of Elmina 5 in Bandar Elmina (Type E), Sungai Buloh, Petaling for RM134.41mil.

Nadi Emery is a 75%-owned subsidiary of Nadi Cergas Development Sdn Bhd, in turn a 70%-owned subsidiary of Gagasan Nadi Cergas.

According to a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the project will commence construction in the third quarter of 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.

Each unit will have a built-up area of 1,000 sq ft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Each unit will also be provided with ceiling fans, light fittings, a low kitchen cabinet, water heaters at both bathrooms and two parking lots.
