Critical Holdings bags RM85mil M&E contracts


PETALING JAYA: Critical Holdings Bhd, a mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering solutions provider, has secured RM84.71mil worth of projects via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Critical M&E Engineering Sdn Bhd.

The group won a RM63.61mil contract from a US-based multinational company to instal air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, cleanroom systems, process utilities and a building automation system for a Super Centre Factory in Bandar Cassia Technology Park, Batu Kawan, Penang.

Separately, a local telecommunications company awarded the group a RM21.1mil contract to instal an air conditioning and mechanical ventilation system for a data centre in Cyberjaya.

Both projects are already underway and are expected to be completed by Oct 19, 2025, and Jan 9, 2026, respectively.

Following these wins, the group’s order book now stands at approximately RM280mil.

The contracts are expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets in the coming financial years.
