KUALA LUMPUR: Sime Darby Property achieved a 100% take-up rate for The Nine, Elmina Green during its early bird preview, with all Stage 1 double-storey linked homes snapped up within minutes of the priority unit selection going live online.

In a statement, the property developer said the strong demand underscores buyer confidence in the brand and the growing appeal of the City of Elmina township.
