Sapura lodges police report related to former MD


KUALA LUMPUR: Sapura Resources Bhd has lodged a police report following a formal complaint filed with the Companies Commission of Malaysia or SSM regarding potential breaches of the Companies Act 2016, involving its former managing director Datuk Shahriman Shamsuddin.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said following the completion of the internal investigation involving Shahriman, the final investigation report was submitted to Bursa Malaysia in response to a request from its corporate surveillance unit.
