Nor Adha is Dataprep chairman


PETALING JAYA: Dataprep Holdings Bhd has redesignated its independent director Datuk Nor Adha Yahya as its chairman.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Dataprep said Nor Adha, 54, has a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia.

Nor Adha has been a director with Tuju Setia Bhd since 2020. He is also the executive director cum chief executive officer of CKM Landas MRO Sdn Bhd and executive director of Landas Efektif Sdn Bhd.

For the quarter ended Sept 30, 2024, Dataprep reported a lower net loss of RM3.89mil compared with a net loss of RM7.16mil in the previous corresponding period. Revenue dropped to RM2.25mil from RM8.26mil a year earlier.

Dataprep said it would continue to identify projects from the government’s MyDigital blueprint initiatives and capitalise on opportunities arising from collaborations.
