PETALING JAYA: Capitaland Malaysia Trust
(CLMT) is acquiring three freehold industrial properties in Senai Airport City, Johor, from Rainbow Entity Sdn Bhd for RM72mil.
The properties consist of three single-storey detached factories, each with an annexed two-storey office block.
