Pos Malaysia appoints Sid Hart as head of Redly Express

KUALA LUMPUR: Pos Malaysia Bhd has appointed Sid Hart as the new head of Redly Express, its international courier services, effective Feb 3, 2025.

Hart will report directly to Sumesh Rahavendra, group chief transformation and digital officer.

"I’m thrilled to join Redly Express at such a critical moment for the industry. As the market continues to evolve, our focus will be on driving smart growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering real value to our customers. We have an incredible opportunity to expand our global reach and set new standards in international logistics,” Hart said in a statement.

In his new role, Hart will focus on overseeing all international revenue, including Redly Express and the current transhipment business.

Prior to joining Pos Malaysia, Sid served as vice president of international business at Singapore Post, and has held several strategic leadership roles, including managing director of Asia Pacific Post Cooperative, and chief revenue officer of HypaShip.
