has appointed Datuk Seri Dr Shahril Mokhtar as its independent and non-executive chairman effective Feb 1.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the transport system solutions company said it had also redesignated Datuk Wong Sak Kuan, 56, as a non-independent, non-executive director, effective Feb 1.
Shahril, 52, sits on the Taghill Holdings Bhd and West River Bhd board.
He started his career at Malayan Banking Bhd.
He later held senior positions in various industries, including transportation and property.
He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Political Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia, as well as a Master of Management degree from Universiti Malaya.
