Citaglobal wins KUTS projects worth RM36mil


PETALING JAYA: Citaglobal Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Citaglobal Engineering Services Sdn Bhd (CESSB), has secured two sub-contracts with a combined value of RM36.26mil for station works and other works as part of the Kuching Urban Transportation System (KUTS) project in Sarawak.

The first sub-contract was awarded by Marquris Holdings Sdn Bhd and has a value of RM29.54mil. The second sub-contract, which was awarded by 38 Marque Sdn Bhd, has a value of RM6.72mil.

Both sub-contracts have a duration of 14 months, the company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Citaglobal said the sub-contracts are expected to contribute positively to its future earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025 (FY25) and FY26.

Citaglobal is involved in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. Its segments include civil engineering and construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing.
