SimeProp gets 100% take-up for Arina project

SimeProp's Leong said the response to Arina highlighted the ongoing demand for affordably priced homes.

PETALING JAYA: Sime Darby Property (SimeProp) has received positive response for Arina, the first single-storey linked homes in Bandar Ainsdale, Seremban, with all 118 units taken up within hours of its launch last Saturday.

In a statement, the property developer said Arina was a milestone for Bandar Ainsdale as the township’s latest addition, blending affordability and functionality.

“Priced from RM420,888 with a gross development value of RM45.6mil, these freehold homes cater to a wide range of buyers, including growing families and retirees, offering built-up areas ranging from of 1,010 sq ft to 1,138 sq ft with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on 20’x70’ plots.”

Scheduled for completion in October 2026, Arina will become part of the newly launched precinct of Bandar Ainsdale – a township known for its green spaces, close-knit communities and proximity to key amenities, according to SimeProp.

Meanwhile, chief operating officer for township development Appollo Leong said the response to Arina highlighted the ongoing demand for affordably priced homes that aligned with lifestyles in prime locations. “The single-storey linked homes combine functional designs with bright, airy interiors and an open-concept layout, reflecting our commitment to creating homes that deliver quality living spaces.

“The extra backyard garden space enhances the appeal for modern homeowners, while the precinct’s perimeter fencing and dedicated guardhouse provide residents with peace of mind.”

Arina is situated in the heart of Bandar Ainsdale, seven km from Seremban City Centre, where residents can benefit from direct access to the North-South Expressway with seamless travel to Klang Valley and Putrajaya.
