PETALING JAYA: Taghill Holdings Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from One Roof Development Sdn Bhd for the development of an 18-storey commercial complex in Ipoh, Perak, worth RM58mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Taghill said the commercial complex consists of one basement level, 271 hotel rooms, offices, restaurants, cafes, function rooms, banquet halls, swimming pools, gyms and other facilities.
