PETALING JAYA: Taghill Holdings Bhd
has accepted a letter of award from One Roof Development Sdn Bhd for the development of an 18-storey commercial complex in Ipoh, Perak, worth RM58mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Taghill said the commercial complex consists of one basement level comprising 271 hotel rooms, offices, restaurants, cafes, function rooms, banquet halls, swimming pools, gyms and other facilities.
“The duration of the project is 16 months from the date of commencement of site on March 1, 2025 to the target date of completion of work on June 30, 2026.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the company for the financial year ending May 31, 2025 and throughout the duration of the project.”
