TT Vision wins RM9mil machine vision equipment job

PETALING JAYA: TT Vision Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd, has accepted a purchase order for its machine vision equipment for a contract value of US$1.96mil (RM8.74mil).

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TT Vision said the contract is expected to be fulfilled within six months.

“The contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of TT Vision and its subsidiaries.

“However, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings and net assets of the group for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025.”

The company said it does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the supply of products and will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when it occurs based on its past experiences and expertise.
