KUALA LUMPUR: EA Technique
(M) Bhd has proposed a name change to Avangaad Bhd and a new corporate identity, which aligns with its expectations to uplift its Practice Note 17 (PN17) status by the first quarter of 2025.
In a statement, the company said it will table the proposal for shareholder approval in a circular and at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
