Tuju Setia’s order book hits RM2bil mark


KUALA LUMPUR: Tuju Setia Bhd’s order book surged to RM2bil after securing a RM389mil contract from the Beverly Group to serve as the main contractor for Milla Residence, a high-rise residential development in Quartz Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur.

The construction services company’s current order book remains a record high, doubling from RM866mil as of Dec 31, 2023. This order book will provide earnings visibility until 2028.

The Milla Residence project was awarded to Tuju Setia’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tuju Setia Sdn Bhd by Beverly WM Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beverly Group Sdn Bhd.

Tuju Setia will construct two 52-storey tower blocks (Tower A and Tower B), along with common facilities and a 17-storey automated car park block with rooftop facilities.

The construction work for the project is scheduled to begin in April 2025 with a project duration of 36 months.
