KUALA LUMPUR: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd
has secured two contracts with a combined sum of RM203.9mil for construction jobs in Rawang and Sepang in Selangor, respectively.
In the first contract, the group received a job valued at RM143mil from Bandar Serai Development Sdn Bhd for main building works for a project in Rawang involving 209 units of two-storey terrace houses, 28 units of three-storey twin houses, a community administration room, a guardhouse and four electric substations.
It said the contract will commence on Jan 2, 2025, and will be completed within 18 months.
Meanwhile, the company bagged a RM60.9mil contract in Sepang for the the construction of 218 townhouses, a clubhouse, prayer room, substation, guardhouse and garbage disposal room.
The contract will commence on Jan 20, 2025 and will be completed within 104 weeks.
