OSK Property buys Sungai Petani land for RM72mil


The deal marks a key milestone in OSK Property’s expansion strategy in the northern region of Malaysia.

PETALING JAYA: OSK Holdings Bhd’s (OSKHB) indirect 99.93% subsidiary, OSK Amanjaya Sdn Bhd, has agreed to acquire 330.53 acres of land for RM72mil in Bedong, Sungai Petani, Kedah from Central Kedah Properties Sdn Bhd.

The deal marks a key milestone in OSK Property’s expansion strategy in the northern region of Malaysia, enhancing its landbank to support future property developments.
