KUALA LUMPUR: MMAG Holdings Bhd
said its subsidiary MJets Air Sdn Bhd has been appointed by Malaysia Airlines Bhd as its dedicated narrow body freighter operator for cargo unit MAB Kargo Sdn Bhd.
"The letter of award (LoA) will enable the Parties to continue building on their existing collaboration, further optimising cargo transportation and logistics services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency, with the potential to generate mutual benefits for both entities and their respective clients," said MMAG in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
It said the LoA is expected to contribute positively to the overall future net assets and earnings of MMAG Group for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2025.
MMAG is a full-fledged supply chain service provider offering extensive services covering first, mid, and last-mile delivery solutions.
