IJM expands into UK construction market with 50% stake in JRL Group


PETALING JAYA: IJM Corp Bhd is proposing to acquire a 50% stake in United Kingdom (UK) - based diversified construction group JRL Group Holdings Ltd for £50mil (approximately RM283mil).

In a statement, IJM said the strategic investment will further IJM’s expansion into the UK and strengthen its core construction capabilities.
