Genting’s legal tangle spooks investors

GENTING Group is back in the headlines this week for all the wrong reasons.

Genting Malaysia Bhd’s (GenM) US-based, indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Genting Americas Inc, has been accused of “a massive and coordinated fraud” by its venture partner, RAV Bahamas Ltd, which is seeking damages of at least US$600mil.
