PETALING JAYA: Salcon Bhd
has won a RM18.5mil contract to provide external water reticulation works for Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd’s (F&N) dairy farm in Gemas, Negri Sembilan.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Salcon said its subsidiary, Salcon Engineering Bhd, has accepted a letter of award issued by LTE Engineers Sdn Bhd on behalf of F&N AgriValley Sdn Bhd.
F&N AgriValley is wholly-owned by F&N.
The contract, which will commence on Oct 21, will involve two sections.
The construction of Section One is expected to be completed within 13 months by Jan 19, 2025. Meanwhile, Section Two is scheduled to be completed in 26 weeks by April 20, 2025.
