BALI: AirAsia is planning to expand its network in Indonesia, particularly in East Nusa Tenggara, the southernmost province of the country, according to Capital A Bhd
chief executive officer Tan Sri Tony Fernandes.
“We recently launched flights to Labuan Bajo, which have been highly successful. Now, we want to do more in Nusa Tenggara Timur and offer direct flights to eastern Indonesia from Asean, along with some domestic routes. We’ll be announcing more details next month,” Fernandes said at the Bali International Airshow 2024 here yesterday.
