PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Bhd
(MMHE) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with HD Hyundai Marine Solution Co Ltd (HD HMS).
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the MoU was to establish a partnership focusing on marketing and delivering green retrofit solutions, enhancing vessel energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
