KUALA LUMPUR: S P Setia Bhd has unveiled Ferrous 3, contemporary double-storey terrace homes, in the vibrant, art-inspired township of Setia AlamImpian in Shah Alam.
The developer, in a statement, said Ferrous 3, the third phase of the Ferrous series, will be constructed in the Industrial Arts Precinct.
The first phase, launched in March 2023, sold out completely, while Ferrous 2, launched in November 2023, is currently 60% taken-up.
The four-bedroom, four en-suite bathroom units will have built-ups starting from 1,950 to 2,204 sq ft, with selling prices from RM915,800 to RM1.42mil.
