GSC unveils 53rd cinema location at KL East Mall

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s leading cinema exhibitor Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (GSC) has launched its newest branch at GSC KL East Mall, Kuala Lumpur, marking its 53rd cinema location as part of the organisation’s strategic blueprint.

Chief executive officer Koh Mei Lee said the launch of GSC KL East Mall reiterates its commitment to delivering future-ready entertainment experiences to movie-goers.

"Designed with families in mind, this GSC PlayPark location is the third PlayPark nationwide, bringing the total number of GSC locations with Play facilities to 14,” she said during the launching ceremony today.

In a separate statement, GSC said that the KL East Mall outlet is equipped with a total of eight halls, including GSC’s fourth IMAX location and the third PlayPark in Malaysia.

In conjunction with the opening of GSC KL East, GSC Rewards members can redeem one two-dimensional (2D) movie ticket with 1,000 GSC coins. - Bernama
