US oil and gas production shows flattening signs

UNITED States oil and gas production is finally showing signs of flattening out as drilling rigs and well completion crews have been idled in response to the retreat in prices since the middle of 2022.

Nationwide crude and condensate production was running at almost 13.2 million barrels per day (bpd) in March 2024, according to the latest data from the US Energy Information Administration.
