RGB’s unit secures RM382.9mil contract from the Philippines


KUALA LUMPUR: RGB International Bhd has received a US$81.3mil (RM382.9mil) contract from Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for the supply and delivery of slot machine equipment.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, RGB said RGB (Macau) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of RGB International Ltd which in turn wholly-owned by RGB received the notice of award from PAGCOR.

“The project involves supplying of 1,968 electronic gaming machines (EGMs) along with their related accessories, LED signage and displays. The services to be provided under this Project include logistics arrangement, installation of EGMs, signage and displays, as well as engineering technical and product trainings,” RGB said.

It expects the contract to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024.
