Sunway Property to preview RM1.28bil Sunway Velocity 3 on May 4

PETALING JAYA: Master Community Developer, Sunway Property, has opened its sales gallery for its newest Signature Home, Sunway Velocity 3, recently and will be previewing the first phase of the development on May 4.

Sunway Velocity 3 follows the successful launches of the Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO of which all residential units were fully sold.

The commercial units in both Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO are also fully-tenanted.

Located in Kuala Lumpur, Phase 1 of the development comprises a total of 2 blocks of serviced residences which will be located across 3.43 acres of prime land, with an estimated gross development value of RM1.28bil. The development will be linked to the highly successful Sunway Velocity Mall.

Sunway Property central and northern region and SPFM CEO, Chong Sau Min, said that the development is designed for working adults in the KL area, young professionals, commuters, small families, first-time homebuyers and investors.

“Sunway Velocity 3, as a part of the Sunway Velocity integrated city offers great connectivity and accessibility to lifestyle amenities.

We anticipate a strong demand from buyers who are looking for an affordable, convenient home for their stay,” he said.

Chong added that the group received great reception for both developments due to the well-planned out infrastructure, public transportation and facilities.

According to buyers’ feedback, they have great confidence as more than 50% of the development is owned and managed by Sunway. We are confident that Sunway Velocity 3 will be well-received.”

Sunway Velocity 3 is directly connected to Sunway Velocity and Sunway Velocity TWO via a link bridge where all lifestyle conveniences are within reach – Sunway Velocity Mall with more than one million sq ft of retail, entertainment, dining, and leisure; Sunway Medical Centre Velocity, Sunway College @ Velocity, Sunway Velocity Hotel, retail and offices, and a 2-acre central recreational park.
