Keyfield FY23 earnings rise to RM105.5mil

PETALING JAYA: Keyfield International Bhd, en route to a listing on Bursa Malaysia next week, more than doubled its net profit to RM105.47mil for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2023 (FY23) from RM48.88mil in the preceding year.

The company, which charters accommodation vessels and provides onboard services, said this was achieved on the back of a higher revenue of RM430.45mil compared with RM236.20mil previously.

Keyfield attributed the stronger performance to a higher number of own vessels and improved utilisation rate of 78.8% for its own vessels in the year under review (FY22: 65.7%). — Bernama
