PETALING JAYA: Datuk Wira Farhash Wafa Salvador has emerged as a substantial shareholder in Heitech Padu Bhd
with a 15.91% stake.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that Farhash had acquired 16.1 million shares in the company via Rosetta Partners Sdn Bhd on March 12.
On Monday, MyEG Services Bhd, via its wholly-owned subsidiary MyEG Capital Sdn Bhd, acquired a 14.4% equity interest in Heitech Padu for RM31.25mil cash.
