Titijaya appoints new chairman

KUALA LUMPUR: Titijaya Land Bhd has appointed former Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Mahadi Che Ngah on Feb 23, 2024 as the new chairman of the board.

He will be replacing Tengku Datuk Seri Uzir Ubaidillah, who retired as independent non-executive chairman at the end of his one-year term on Nov 28, 2023.

Mahadi graduated with a Bachelor in Urban and Regional Planning (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 1983 and later obtained a Masters in Urban Development from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, in 1990.
