PETALING JAYA: Haily Group Bhd
has accepted a letter of award worth RM45.8mil from RDC Arkitek Sdn Bhd on behalf of Property Village Bhd, for the construction and completion of 120 units of double storey cluster houses in Kulai, Johor.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Haily said the contract will also comprise the construction of two Tenaga Nasional Bhd sub-stations and one guard house.
“The contract is on a fixed price basis, which shall not be adjusted for fluctuation in prices except for the provisional works as stated in the letter of award, which shall be re-measured based on actual work done upon the completion of the said works.”
