PETALING JAYA: Sunview Group Bhd
’s wholly owned subsidiary Sunview Asset Management Sdn Bhd has entered into a shareholder agreement with DPS Resources Bhd (DPSRB) to subscribe for a 40% stake in DPS Sunview Sdn Bhd while DPSRB will hold 60%.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said that the collaboration aimed to implement and develop a 50-megawatt alternating current (MWac) rooftop solar photovoltaic project.
