Sunview, DPS in solar PV tie-up


PETALING JAYA: Sunview Group Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Sunview Asset Management Sdn Bhd has entered into a shareholder agreement with DPS Resources Bhd (DPSRB) to subscribe for a 40% stake in DPS Sunview Sdn Bhd while DPSRB will hold 60%.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said that the collaboration aimed to implement and develop a 50-megawatt alternating current (MWac) rooftop solar photovoltaic project.

“Furthermore, Sunview will be the first priority for selection in the engineering, procurement and construction contract for the project.” — Bernama
