UEM Sunrise cautiously optimistic on property demand in 2024 - CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: UEM Sunrise Bhd is cautiously optimistic about the demand for property this year, underpinned by the continued demand to service the mid-range customer market as well as greater demand for residential products in the Klang Valley.

UEM Sunrise chief executive officer Sufian Abdullah said the property developer is aware and cautious of the challenges and doesn’t expect a full rebound towards the pre-pandemic level.
