PETALING JAYA: Nestcon Bhd
has received a letter of award from Altimas Sdn Bhd involving building works for a proposed mixed development in Taman Kuchai Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, worth RM251.50mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Nestcon said the overall completion for the contract works is within 34 months and will commence from Jan 3.
“The completion of the contract works date shall be on Nov 2, 2026 or within such extended date of the conditions of contract provided.”
