KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit retreated from last week’s gains to close lower against the greenback on Tuesday on declining crude oil prices and lack of demand despite a weaker US dollar, said an analyst.
At 6 pm, the ringgit fell to 4.6340/6435 against the greenback from Friday’s close of 4.6265/6305.
