MSM Malaysia extends CFO's garden leave until Jan 15


KUALA LUMPUR: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd has extended the garden leave of its chief financial officer Mazatul 'Aini Shahar Abdul Malek Shahar from Dec 15 to Jan 15, or until further notice from the board.

“MSM will continue its business operations as usual. Further announcements shall be made in the event of material developments on this matter,” MSM said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

On Nov 3, MSM said Mazatul 'Aini was placed on garden leave effective Oct 20, 2023, until Dec 15, 2023 to facilitate an ongoing internal investigation.
