MSM CFO on garden leave from Oct 20

KUALA LUMPUR: MSM Malaysia Holdings Bhd’s chief financial officer Dr Mazatul 'aini Shahar Abdul Malek Shahar will be on garden leave from Oct 20 until Dec 15, 2023. or until further notice from the board.

“Her temporary leave of absence is necessary to facilitate with an ongoing internal investigation,” MSM said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

“MSM will continue its business operations as usual,” it added.
