Cradle Fund appoints new CEO


KUALA LUMPUR: Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd has appointed Norman Matthieu Vanhaecke as group chief executive officer (CEO) effective Nov 23, 2023.

Vanhaecke assumed the position as acting group CEO since June 1, 2022 after joining the agency in 2020.

Cradle is the focal agency of the Malaysian startup ecosystem under the Science, Technology and Innovation Ministry. He was an auditor at KPMG and held various key positions for local petroleum companies as well as multinationals and government agencies. —Bernama
