Dialog buys Tarpon for RM5.5mil


PETALING JAYA: Dialog Group Bhd has acquired Tarpon Platform Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM5.5mil.

The move is part of its strategy to expand and diversify across the upstream, midstream, downstream and renewable businesses of the energy sector, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

Dialog said Tarpon provides engineering, construction, installation and maintenance services to upstream energy companies that use the Tarpon platform system.
