PETALING JAYA: Dialog Group Bhd
has acquired Tarpon Platform Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd for RM5.5mil.
The move is part of its strategy to expand and diversify across the upstream, midstream, downstream and renewable businesses of the energy sector, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
