KUALA LUMPUR: Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd has appointed Chai Keng Wai as chief executive officer (CEO) effective Nov 1.

Prior to his appointment, Chai, 47, was the CEO of Agile Real Estate Development Sdn Bhd from 2018 to 2023.
