KUALA LUMPUR: Mobile network operators (MNOs) and Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) are expected to sign a share subscription agreement (SSA) this month, said Communications and Digital Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
He said a decision on the signing date was agreed upon after a meeting with telecommunications companies (telcos) today and is now just awaiting some decisions from the boards of the telcos.
