PETALING JAYA: Fitters Diversified Bhd
is proposing to dispose of a piece of freehold land measuring 8.05 hectares in Cameron Highlands, Pahang to Cameron Highlands Floriculture Sdn Bhd for RM15mil.
Upon disposal, Fitters said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia that it is expected to realise an estimated gain on disposal of approximately RM12.35mil.
