Hibiscus proposes half sen dividend


PETALING JAYA: Hibiscus Petroleum Bhd has proposed a final single-tier dividend of half a sen per existing ordinary share for the financial year ended June 30, 2023, subject to the shareholders’ approval.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the upstream oil company said the final single-tier dividend amount per ordinary share will be subjected to adjustments based on the total number of ordinary shares as at the listing date of the consolidated shares if approved.
